Ebay feedback.
Although never keen on the feedback system we have always, (prior to the introduction of the Detailed Seller Rating area), left reciprocal positive feedback. The Ebay Feedback Forum has always been open to exploitation by both unscrupulous sellers and dishonest and manipulative buyers - it is now weighted very heavily in favour of the buyer and until we get a more balanced system of judging an Ebay member, (that also gives sellers an opportunity to expose bad Ebay members), we will not participate in the feedback forum. For those considering exploiting the privileges which are exclusive to buyers, please read on.

For that very tiny minority.
In common with most others we find that the vast majority of the people we deal with are honest and decent individuals. However, (and once again - in common with most other people), we occasionally encounter a small minority of unreasonable, dishonest, manipulative, intimidating individuals. Our message to this very small minority is "we do not want anything to do with you"/"do not bid on our items".For those of that very small minority that would consider attempting to harm our reputation by making false, erroneous, misleading or unreasonable statements, be it in the Ebay feedback area or elsewhere, be warned that we will take appropriate action outside of Ebay. For those that would attempt to defraud us, (or Royal Mail) be warned that we will initiate investigations into any claim that we consider to be false, and will where necessary pursue the matter in law.
